In order to start the communication process between us we offer:

A Strategic Procurement Healthcheck – Free of charge, and without obligation, this involves us meeting for a maximum of 4 hours with the key people who drive your business to discuss: what your business does, your marketplace, what you buy, and how you buy it, the processes you use, and any areas where you feel the need for improvement.

As a result of the time spent, we will produce a summary report, plus a project plan for any areas identified either by you or by us. For after all you don’t know what you don’t know.
