Support is a radically different approach to the growing demand

consultancy support.

Being less “cash rich” than larger organisations, there is a greater need to succeed first time, as there is often no further budget to try again! 250 Support enables SME’s to access the experience and levels of support, traditionally the preserve of large companies, but on a “Pay as you go basis”, thus making the decision to turn your business goal aspirations into reality. |

Here’s how it works: • We provide an initial face to face discussion regarding project goals, and produce a full written project plan – Free of charge. • Once the plan is agreed, you “buy” One working day per week at a cost of £250 + VAT where we work with you and your team at your premises on a one to one basis to deliver the agreed project plan. • For the remainder of the working week, we provide 24/7 email and or telephone support to ensure the momentum is maintained. • You
have the option to purchase extra days on site as and when the need
arises, giving you a totally flexible route to achieving your goals. |

small print:
We recommend
that each 250 Support programme should run for a minimum of six
months. This allows even the largest projects which involve major
change, to be fully delivered and to “bed into” the
business, so that the results can be fully evaluated and measured. |

are we doing this?
Q: Isn’t this just a way of charging fees for 6 months? A – No,
not at all, we have designed 250 Support to be a flexible response
to the needs of SME’s, and we recognise that any investment
has to have a measurable return. For example, by using us to deliver
say a procurement or marketing project, you are getting procurement
or marketing expertise at a fraction of the cost of employing these
specialists directly. What’s more, for all projects in excess
of 6 months we are prepared to guarantee the results (please contact
