Strategic
Procurement Solutions believe that in the modern world
of consultancy practice, execution or “getting things done”
Is the real client requirement. Whilst this in itself is not revolutionary,
it does require a practice that is able to quickly evaluate the
general issues, translate them into a project plan, and then most
importantly actually deliver the plan. |
Whilst there
are many acronyms, abbreviations and technical terms within the
Consultancy industry, we believe that our clients respect an open,
plain English , appraisal of the brief, by the person who will
actually be doing the work and communicating with them throughout,
so whilst we are happy to use industry jargon if it is called
for by our client, we much prefer to think and relate all our
activities to one simple thought: “If we were the client,
what would they put on their purchase order to us?”
After
all, simple, clear and concise is the art of good communication…….

Therefore,
please feel free to browse our site, you will see that we have applied
this philosophy and our values to not only to our work, but the
pages of this site and also the navigation boxes.
Of
course we also do: Strategic & General/Local Procurement, SRM,
Global Sourcing through supply chain engineering, and re-engineering,
across multiple sectors, with wing to wing delivery and end to end
process management, utilising ERP & CRM convergence.
But
then you knew that anyway. |
